Whether you’re showcasing a single yearling or preparing an entire draft, our terms ensure simple booking, fair pricing, and added benefits like free horses and travel inclusions.

Service Availability

• Services are available Australia-wide.

• Bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

• A general time frame will be provided, however, specific days may not always be guaranteed.

1. Travel Costs

   • For bookings of fewer than 7 horses, travel is charged at $0.20 per kilometre (return trip).

   • For 7 or more horses, travel is included free of charge up to 1,200km (return trip).

2. Payment Terms

   • For bookings under 7 horses, full payment is required prior to the shoot.

   • For bookings of 7 or more horses, a 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining 50% payable upon arrival.

3. Horse Volume Discounts

   • Every 6th horse is free.

   • Free horses must be part of the same sitting/session.

   • Free horse credits can be accumulated, however, a maximum of 2 free horses may be redeemed per booking.

4. Session Requirements

   • Bookings of more than 6 horses must be completed within a single sitting/session.

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring horses are prepared and ready for filming/photography within the allocated time frame.

5. General Conditions

   • Upstep Media reserves the right to adjust travel and scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances.

   • All footage and photography remain the property of Upstep Media until payment has been received in full.

   • Additional services outside the scope of the agreed package may incur extra costs.
